Please join us to celebrate the opening of our two new exhibitions Watching Socialism: The Television Revolution in Eastern Europe and Nonalignment and Tito in Africa with refreshments, programs and tours of the exhibition!

12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.: Reception
1:00 p.m.: Guided tour of Exhibitions
2:00-2:30 p.m.: Watching Socialism: The Television Revolution in Eastern Europe: Remarks by Joes Segal (Wende Museum Chief Curator and Director of Programming), Sabina Mihelj (exhibition co-curator, Loughborough University) and Susan Reid (exhibition co-curator, Loughborough University) 
3:00-3:30 p.m.: Nonalignment and Tito in Africa: Remarks by Justinian Jampol (Wende Museum Executive Director), Neda Knežević (Director of the Museum of Yugoslavia, Belgrade), Paul Betts (exhibition co-curator, Oxford University), and Radina Vučetić (exhibition co-curator, University of Belgrade)
